Art Usage
Yes- Color in a sketch *if discussed prior, call it a collab and credit

Disclaimer - I do NOT keep images after the client downloads the image to keep space on my ipad. Please ensure you have a back up, just in case.
Turn Around Timeframe
I consider myself a very fast artist. Once I start on a piece it takes me 2-5 days to finish it. HOWEVER - I am not the artist that works on multiple pieces at a time. I go one by one in the order they are commissioned. Please keep in mind that that the timer starts when it is your turn- not when you order. You are welcome to wait to order if it is a concern. I will give you an estimate on a start date if you ask, and will update you as the time gets closer or if there is any delays.You can also rush orders if they are time sensitive - aka gifts / holiday pieces.If you want to know more about my workload - https://trello.com/b/z76cMFSG/art-terms-queue

Refunds
If you cancel
* 100% before the sketch
* 30% after sketch was approved
* 0% once coloring starts
If I, the artists, cancel
* 100% refund
Reasons I Cancel- You ask I copy another artists style / characters aren't yours
- Acts of God : Natural Disasters, loss of family member, etc
- Lack of patience beyond reason even with progress photos

Full Payment - 100% Upfront
Half Payment - 50% Upfront, 50% at Sketch (requires 2 ko-fi slots and only for new commissioners)

Rush Orders
Rush order fees apply to the commission total+ 50% of commission type :
- Stickers, Portraits, Full Body no background+ 75% commission types :
- Greyscale Renders, Painted Scenes, Reference Sheets, Banners
Commercial Use
If the commission is going to be used for profit; selling prints, or other products; there is a 50% fee applied to the total cost of the commission.
